The opportunity to develop new higher education paradigms in Italy could be supported by the  European Regional Development and Social Funds. This is 40% higher than in the previous program. It makes particular reference to innovating school structures and illustrates the appetite to see new forms of education, research, and industry partnerships, which COMPASSO seeks to design and provide for all stakeholders in the Arsenale. Education will form an important part of the SMARTstructure of the area, built into the infrastructure from the outset with COMPASSO acting as an evaluation, connection, and design agency providing bespoke solutions for employers needs. Responding as an innovation catalyst for the local creative community, advancing the knowledge exchange and research agenda through its networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One pertinent  example of this knowledge exchange approach in action can be seen in the work of The Internet of Things Observatory of Milan Polytechnic, which has already entered into partnership with the city of Milan, the observatory has launched initiatives with business, supporting and promoting the sharing economy and social innovation; encompassing open data and its potential in urban design and mobility access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unique<\/strong> <\/strong>positioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The position Venice holds on the world stage, lends important visibility to development at the Arsenale. The area is recognised by the contemporary art and the modern architecture world, through the Biennale program. With some of the buildings in the Arsenale being employed on an annual basis to exhibit some of the most creative and inspiring work, this established exhibition annual calendar can be enhanced and invigorated further with sympathetically themed production and exposition events that give industrial application to creative works.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
